I checked your user account, and everything looks ok. There's nothing on our end preventing you from viewing the videos.
The culprit is typically the browser, so start off by logging out of your user account. Clear your browser cache (in particular, making sure to remove all cookies associated with BallroomDancers.com), then close and restart the browser. Once you log back in to your user account, things should run smoothly once again.
