If you have been following the latest trends danced by thoes at the top of the ladder you will have noiced that in the Cha the foot is clear of the floor on forward step and going in and coming out of the lock step ( I prefer to call this by its correct name Latin Cross). The foot is then flicked into its position then lowered as the knee becomes straight. I believe in that old story that in ancient Greece all these professors and learned men in a Foram argued on how many teeth there was in a horses mouth . When one bright young man said. "Why dont we go down to the stable and count them ". I'm sure many of you have the DVD of the latin "World 2003 Super Stars". Pop down and have a look.
