Dance Variations

Can anyone give me advice on downloading and saving the excellect weekly dance variations that are shown on this site? I think they are an invaluable source for making up new routines of your own.
I use Internet Explorer 6 for browsing and any of the following: Windows Media Player 9, Quicktime 6.5, Real Player 10 and Winamp 5.
Are there any other sites that have similar animated guides?
Thanking you in anticipation.

I'm using Internet Explorer 6 with Win 2000.
Here's what i do:
1)Clear my "temporary Internet Files" folder first.
2)Go to the variation, click on media. I then select "Quicktime" for viewing it.
3)The video will then play on your machine, but in addition, it loads a file called "variation.mov" into your temporary Internet files folder. Clearing this file folder first makes this new file much easier to find
4)Simply move "variation.mov into the folder of your choice for permanency
5)rename the file to something appropriate.

Phil,

Thanks! That worked a treat.
Now look forward to more variations appearing.

the steps above doesnt work anymore. you only have the website address, but once the variation changes, the old one is lost. is there any other way to keep the old ones? thanks...
