My dream has come true! I was hired as an Arthur Murray Instructor! I have very little experience so I will be training for months and months before teaching on my own, What can I expect? How long until I really start to pick up and teach? Are instructors eventually expected to compete? Is the franchise good to work for? Tell me everything you know. I am nervous but also soooo happy they took a chance on me! any tips and feedback would be great! I am feeling very unsure of myself and would just like to know more of what I am getting myself into, I havent started yet! Is the money good? What is the fastest way to advance? Thanks!
