I'm really having a difficult time reading this pdf file because I don't know the meanings for these acronyms,
are there some web pages with these acronyms on them? They should be explained somewhere, eh?

Please correct me or explain the following:

F.W. = Foot Work ?
HT = Heel Toe ?
T = Toe ?
TH = Toe Heel ?
LF = Left Foot ?
RF = Right Foot ?
CBM = ???
SLL = ???
SRR = ???
