I am dacning for about 2 years and i am realy wanna go to the top. I know that the back and legs are to most important things to be build. I am realy concerned to ask the guys who are more advanced thatn me, if they go to the gym and what do they build. I am going to the gym mostly to build my back and legs, sometimes do biceps and chest. But, maaan!!!! I am getting bigger and i can see that. I guess its weird for the latin dancer to be big and build. I am sure gury gonna send him off as soon as they will see them. So what do you pump guys, what is your program, if u ofcourse go to the gym..???

Have you thought about pilates? I'm a guy who has been dancing almost as long as you, and I too want to take my ability to as far as possible. I just started pilates. I read up on the subject a lot before I started, and it's used by many types of dancers (male and female) for toning the body and strengthening your center or core muscle area. I see this as being more important to dancing than the size of my biceps or legs.

Just my opinion.
