Hi,Don.
I think I am so lucky to obtain such clear explanation and guidance from you. I am so happy.:))

Before, I used to focus on rising my poor right ankle , right hip and extending my right side, avoiding to press my coach right arm and being alert if my waist and hip and my thigh and ball+toe are in same surface.
Now, I added the following points in my mind:
1. Sway is an inclination away from a fixed point . 2. First swing then sway with straight legs carying body moving toward the new standing foot , stretching both sides equally. do not neglect the inside.
I believed that these new factors will benefit me to perform a better swing .
I took off my shoes and swing on the floor of my clinic...
