Are there any instructional video or discussions/FAQ on head flick techniques for international tango?

lluv2dance. I don't understand that answere. For me , if I want to use two beats before stepping off. At the end of a Four Step will do as an example. Still in a closed position Head in promenade ready to move off. To keep in time with the music I will with my partner taking up two beats by turning my head sharply right left, the lady the natural opposite. To me that is a Head Flick

I believe that luv2 was attemping to write a bit of humour. Something similar to your spelling of the FOUR-WOOD walk. "_"
