I put as less as possible body weight on my swinging or sliding leg until the moment reaching its maximum stride I can do with keeping my moving thigh under my body ... In such way , my massive mucles of moving leg need not undergo even half of my body wight. I feel that my body wight equally distributes on my both lower thighs and feet only at that moment while my body journeys on its half way . Please tell me what is correct and how to practice it .
Another question, is ther a rule : dance song should eight bars as a phrase ? How do perform same dandcing steps in different dance songs?
