What is an ideal weight of a ballroom dancer? I'm 4'10 and weighs 83 lb. Is that good? Oh yeah I'm 12 years old...

I don't believe there is an "ideal weight" in ballroom. This isn't ballet! It all depends on build. I think your goal shouldn't be weight, but instead being healthy, energetic, and having good muscular tone. Especially at 12 years old-- your body is still changing, you are still growing, and things will change. Just focus on eating right, exercising, and dancing as much as possible-- enjoying life of course =)!
