In ballet last week, we stretched alot. I dont know how you call it but you sit down on your butt and try to touch your toes and you also try to put your head to you knees. Well when i did that I heard a big click or crack from my right leg. After that my right leg started to hurt really bad. There's no swelling it just hurts and i can't straighten the right leg. Whats wrong? Is it that I over used my muiscles? Did I dislocate my leg? Or there's nothing wrong and I'm overeacting.

Don't consult a website.

Don't consult a dance teacher.

You need to go to a doctor.

Hi Chibi
It's extremely unlikely that you dislocated your leg - the pain would be severe. Sometimes joints make a noise if the muscles around them are used excessively or in ways they are not accustomed to. that's why people warm up.
I agree comletely with anonymous - get medical help if your mobility is impaired or you are in pain. I would recommend a good sports physiotherapist. They know exactly (or should do) how to treat such problems
