Is there "Outside Change" in Internation Tango?

Not by that name, but in effect tango versions of the step exist.

Compare steps 3-6 of the open reverse turn lady outside, if using the optional open finish ending or going to promenade.

Most figures have counterparts between tango and the swing dances, but because the different movement character in tango the starting and ending points of steps are different. Counting by step number, arguments could be made that the open reverse turn in tango corresponds to the open reverse turn in the swing dances, but if you count by musical units the SQQS of steps 3-6 match the SQQS of an outside change better than the QQSQQS of the whole reverse turn matches the SQQSQQ of a quickstep or foxtrot reverse turn.
