rounds

could be alone, but more fun if its a studio organized event with a bunch of couples. they just play the sets of the five dances of a style - often several of each dance cycling through, then a set of all five as if it were a comp... over and over. the idea is that it's more work than a competition.

Aside from dancing rounds, I started going to the gym 5 or 6 days a week to do cardio. I walk on the treadmill for a warm up, and then move on to something more intense like the elliptical trainer or the mountain climber. I also like to row.
