Ady. Most professionals are reluctant to teach arm movements. Each couple have their differences, it is a personal thing. If a insructor says to you put your arm and hand here, that's exactly what it would look like, too artificial. It must come from within and not just a performance. If I were you I would get a DVD that has been mentioned before here called World Super Stars Dance Festival 2003 and watch, then see what you can come up with.
For a start you might go to this weeks variation on this site ( scroll down on the opening page ) there are some arm movements you might try.

Jaana Kunitz has a Ladies' Latin Styling video series, including tapes on Rumba and Cha Cha. It includes arm styling. I haven't seen them, but friends who use them say they are very good. I'm sure you can get them various places, but one is www.starlightdance.com.
