Working to Hard
Posted by Dave

When dancing my routines I always feel that I am rushing or working to hard. I try to keep the body moving at one speed most of the time even when dancing syncopations. I know we drift certain figures such as the passing natural ,the lock in the syncopated weave and in other places and can do that. It is the turns that seem rushed. I may be staying up to long,or putting to much energy into what I am doing. Any suggestions. Thanks Dave.
