Etta James "At Last"

Hello, I am planning on either purchasing a dance instruction video or taking dance classes in preparation for my upcoming wedding. My fiance and I want to dance to Etta James "At Last." I don't know anything about dancing and I'm not even sure what type of dance we would do to this song (waltz, foxtrot, etc). What type of dancing would go best with this song?
You can hear a sample of this song on yahoo http://music.yahoo.com/track/633126

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!!
