Dancing a feather step from a previous figure, where would the weight be on the first two beats of the bar of music?

During that time it will progress through the entire length of the foot, from heel to toe for the man and toe to heel for the lady.

Annonymous. I was under the impression that the first beat would start at the end of the (LF) and would continue into the second beat through the (RF), but are you saying that slow(two beats) all take place on the (RF) Thanks.
