Speed accross the foot.International style

We are told to move our weight quickly over the foot from ball to heal,but how do we contol the speed of the body if not over the foot yes,rise&fall is one way.

The short answer is that you don't. You just hope you got it right.

The long answer is that the speed over the foot now is controlled by what you did one to two steps previously. You can't fix it "now", you had to set it up properly "then".
