cdroge.Are you saying that as a pupil you will rely on your teacher to tell you all, and that you don't need a technique book of your own. If that is so you are completely up the wrong track. I have never known a studio yet that doesn't have a Latin and Standard technique book which they refere to, you should also be doing the same. Here is something that after a lesson you might like to refresh on. Waltz International style man's steps Spin Turn. Is there any rise on step 4. and what is the footwork on step 4. What is the amount of turn on step 4. I will tell you the amount of turn, it's half a turn. It's all in the book.
