Fred. Any technique book should have the Change of Direction under Foxtrot. in the International Style. The directions are for the man after a Reverse Turn 1. LF forward turning body to the left. 2. RF diagonaly forward, right shoulder leading sliding along the floor on the inside edge of the toe. With the knees well relaxed ,brush the LF sharply to the RF, at the same time turning up to half a turn to the Left. Turn on the ball of the RF but keep the Right heel down. 3. Left foot forward across body.
Rise and Fall. None.

Body Sway. Sway to the Left on Two

Footwork 1 . Heel.
2. IE of Toe Heel.
Then IE of Toe on LF.
3. H.
Timing S S S

Copied from Alex Moore Ballroom Dancing.
It looks hard but is not. Instructions are needed to get the right amount of turn. Best of luck.

Quickstep how much body turn do you make on each of step one and two and when do you correct the sway if going into a Contra Check. Thanks
