Looking at the rear leg action

At the end of the preperation step Foxtrot will do. The standing knee is bent. As the RF goes forward what does the rear leg do from there on untill it becomes the standing leg. this includes the foot also. Does it start bent then straighten then bend again. If that is so when does the second bending take place. Go to the videos in slow motion for the answer.
