Which on is correct : 1. ball-flat , ball, ball-flat ; 2. ball -flat, ball-flat , ball-flat.
Karen said: its rhythm is half half one/ no bounce, flat movement, no hip separation... But I can't catch all her worlds because of a little bit disconnection with Bryan 'action on clip. I can't slow down it to learn via net.

Hey ylchen,

Such an interesting question!

Here's my "take" on it... ball-flat, ball, ball-flat. Why?

(M) moving left: if you go "flat" on count ""&' you will move (your body weight) to the right (the opposite direction you are intending to go).

Actually, "&" is intended to be a "push off" step to "propel" you to count "1"

not if your right foot is under your body it won't

yes, you flatten the foot and then push off it takes practice to do at tempo

You cannot push off a flat foot...

True, you push off the inside edge, of the ball. But you can do this while having the foot flat on the floor, especialy in shoes with a heel on them.
