I just came back from volunteering at a camp for disabled people. There was to be a talent show and when a quadraplegic man found out that I'm learning ballroom he asked if I'd like to perform with him. I hesitated for about 3 seconds, not knowing what he could do, and then said sure. We showed each other what we could do and then came up with a routine in just 45 min. We found some music and did it. I've only been taking private lessons for 8 mo. Well, it was exhilarating! So powerful,so much energy. He lives in Fl. and me in Nj so we can't get together but I would really like to pursue this.Has anybody ever done this?
