Imbalance

I am repeatedly told by some on this site that to go to the point of imbalance is natural, we do it all the time when we walk. Then why mention it if it happens naturally. If I am told to lower my heal to the floor do I need to be told my heel is on the floor, that's what happens when I lower it to the floor. Pay a little more time to the timing, especialy the Foxtrot. Also I get the feeling that some people think that the one who gets around the floor the quickest is the winner. Nothing could be further from the truth. Ask any competent judge
