Hi,

My name is Ben Ching, I'm 54 years old. I am a professional dance instructor, Associate Level with appropriate certificates from the Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dance and the Federal Association of Teachers of Dance both in Australia. I teach dance here in the Philippines as a freelancer and I also taught in Seattle, Auburn, and Tacoma Washington in 2003 and 2004. I dance the Rumba, Cha cha, Samba, Waltz, Swing & Foxtrot all International Style. At present I am here in the Philippines.

I wonder if you are still in need of Distinguished Gentlemen or Dance Instructors? If yes, I'd be glad to send you my resume. Thanks.

Definitely, Ben. We are always accepting applications. From your post, it sounds like you are more than qualified. Usually we are simply trying to find NICE GENTLEMEN with NICE personalities that can Ballroom Dance at a Bronze Level (solid social foundation is perfectly acceptable). Currently I am VERY MUCH IN NEED of Gents for cruises going out on the Delta Queen Steamboat Company's Mississippi Queen. They are fantastic cruises, but we had some last minute cancellations. In fact, these are Big Band cruises, so the Gents only really need Swing Dance experience. Do you know of anyone that might know someone that might be interested? Please e-mail me at tamar@sixthstar.com Thank you,

Tamar

I don't work for Sixthstar but I do recruit and exam in Distinguished Gentlemen for them in Victoria, BC.

I think this is what you're looking for:

Off topic-

How big are the Crystal dance floors? I'm thinking of taking a cruise on the Symphony and noone can tell me much about the dance program.

Are there lessons every day? Beginner only? Or silver level? etc....

If you can, email me at
jerry@blumenthalsoftware.com

TIA
Jerry
