I try to view the dance lessons using Windows media player. What I saw was a black screen with no pictures. What should I do to make it work? Thanks

There are two known configurations that have issues with Windows Media:

(1) Using Firefox
(2) Using Safari on a Mac

If you are using Firefox on a PC, you have two choices: Switch to Internet Explorer, or switch to using Quicktime videos. There is a component you can install into Firefox that allows it to view WindowsMedia with activeX, but it opens up a security hole that makes it no more secure than Internet Explorer -- so you may as well just use IE.

If you're using a Mac, you should definitely be watching Quicktime videos, not Windows videos. Quicktime is preinstalled on all Macs, and besides, it's a far superior format for watching the dance steps... If for no other reason than the frame-advance feature.

If you're using Internet Explorer on a PC and still having trouble, let me know and I'll look into it.
