Hi! I was wondering if I could get some tips on what exercises to do to strengthen my legs for ballroom dancing. And also, what type of exercises to stay away from.
Thanks in advance!

Squats and wall sits are good for at home exercise. There are also a lot of great machines at the gym for legs. I advise to stick away from running, although its popular it's hard on the knees and joints. Also, if you go to the gym and haven't used the machines before, you might want to ask for help from a trainer so that you don't overwork yourself. Oh, and also pilates is really good for strengthening and toning your whole body, especially your core. Hope this helped!!!
