Can't be waltz, because it's not a 4/4 measure (timing).

waltz is 3/4 time. I'm not sure but book of love might work as a waltz.

Sorry, I wrote "not", but of course it IS a 4/4 measure. So I meant, it's NOT a Waltz.

Of course there's no law against dancing waltz figures to 4/4 time using SQQ timing. Especially if it's for a wedding.

IF you have trouble picking which is Waltz 3/4 Foxtrot 4/4 Quickstep
4/4. Look to your left and click on Shopping.then Music Store, then Ultimate Ballroom. Select On Broadway and play. That is a Foxtrot. Then Dear Heart. that is Waltz. Pick any Quickstep. You should be able to pick the difference from one to the other. Keep listening till you can.

I'd try International Rumba or Bolero, I think.

Wedding dance, by any chance? Bolero is a very romantic dance and even the basic steps look quite impressive.
