Hockey stick question/cross post

I just can't seem to get it through my head.

I don't have it on video and the written guidance doesn't do it for me. I have a different learning style, I need to have it spelled out both with the QQS and 1,2,3-4 methods (so that I know exactly where each foot has to be on each count). I fear my instructor is ready to throttle me, I would be thrilled if I could show up at next week's lesson able to actually complete the pattern.

Anybody?

Thanks in advance.

Cassey. You have to say whether you are male or female, also which dance. For the lady from the Fan Position. You know what a ice hockey stick looks like. Thats the direction you should be going. Rumba or Cha. Rumba 2341 2341 at the end of 4 1 you should be facing partner ready for a Back Basic. Cha just put in the 4 and 1's. just one thing that some studios forget is that the end of that Hockey Stick goes on a diagonal direction and not straight across from the man's left to right. Good Luck.
