Double Reverse Spin

Can someone tell me the Follower's steps in the double reverse spin?

Particularly--- there is a CROSS in there somewhere???

I am terrible describibg steps. But yes, there is a cross at the end of double reverse spin turn. After you do a heel turn, you finish the step with a cross with left foot front.

Yes , there is a crossing action that is implemented after completion of the heel turn . It is not really appropriate, to go into a complete breakdown in this format-- too many variables
The rhythm can be varied, dependant upon its usage .
Waltz and Q/ Step are essentially the same action .

Suggest you get with your teacher, and study the various options .
