Nudity at dance competitions

Just read the most stupid campaign I have ever seen, proposing that event organisers should provide changing facilities for dancers. click for article

Apparently there are adult websites that show dancers in states of undress, but a lot of dancers are pratically nude when on the floor, so I don't see what the big deal is.

As for children changing, the parents should be more responsible and make them change at their hotels or something.

My 2 cents.

I totally disagree, a friend of mine found a photo of herself on an unscrupolus website, with inapproriate comments

At so many competitons, there is nothing private for competitors to change and I for one don't want to be photographed changing into a dress

Also I cannot get a good view of the floor when my friends are competing so screens would be really good

I'm HOT! LOL

But I still don't want to undress or dress in front of a bunch of strangers! I like my privacy!!!

Having pictures of dancers taken in a state of undress without their knowledge (and obviously, their consent) is simply unacceptable. Posting them on websites is disgusting and can also be illegal!

I don't know what is so hard to understand about that!!!

Changing facilities that have a curtain or SOMETHING blocking the public's view into a changing room would be wonderful! My daughter dances, too and the LAST thing I want to discover is that someone moron took a photo of her while she was changing and pasted it all over the information super-highway so some pervert could get his or her jollies!

There are scantilly clad competitors on the floor, but not naked competitors. There is a HUGE difference there.

The problem is mobile phones that take pictures. A person appointed as a Security Guard should do the trick. Anybody caught should be escorted from the building in full view of everybody.
