Depends on what you mean by fun and by original. If you don't mind music that isn't actually latin, two fun alternatives are:

"He wants to Cha Cha"--about a couple learning to dance--very accurate and funny. Can't remember the singer, but it's on iTunes.

An album by Della Reese, Della Della Cha Cha Cha. A bunch of standards orchestrated for cha cha.

Both of these date from the 60s, when cha cha was first becoming popular as a social dance.

i like cha cha cha,just for fun,and the best video is "dance with me".i'm a new member i like to introduce myself.

Thank you both! I like the idea of a "classic" made into a cha cha.

I want to do something that hasn't been done a thousand times before.

Lady Marmalade would be awesome too! I'll present all of these to my teacher.
