I appreciate all your answers to my question. I have 2 studios near me that i can attend for dance classes, the prices aren't bad. new classes start nov.6th so i do think i will sign up and join the dancing group
( for right now.)
I do need to say, not only am i 42 yrs.old but also a smoker of 1 to
1 1/2 packs a day. On top of that i need to lose a few pounds. I am looking at replacing my cigs. with dancing and changing my whole lifestyle for the better. so thank you again. I am Going to do this...

Last weekend here we had the Indy Motor Racing. The circut is a street circut. On the Saturday alone there were 80,600 people present. Nobody was allowed to smoke except in partitioned off areas which were away from the general public. Give that smoking away. At our competitions, if a person wanted to smoke they would have to leave the building and onto the street and even then well away from the entrances by law. Good Luck.

Go for it!

And even if you don't lose a lot of weight, if you're not exercising now, you'll get smaller. I wear two sizes smaller at the same weight than I did before I started dancing!

Two sizes smaller,wow!!!! this is sounding better everytime. My approx. wgt lose is 50 to 75 lbs. I have already started with the wgt. loss,back in April this year and i do exercise.I have been watching everything that is in my diet and try to make wise and better chioces. I will be tossing the cigs. away for good at 10.pm Oct 31ST. Thank you for all the encouraging words and I am more determine to do it now then all the other times i have ever attemped.
