I teach privates, and I am always trying to give equal time to each partner, unless one is paying and the other is there for the sutdents assistance. The man does need attention to learn to lead, but there is alot for the Follower to learn also, character, arms, movement, momentum. However if the Lead is way off it has to be fixed first. I Lead so well that my female students would rather dance with me than the Men in the class. Hah! Anyway stick in there or look for another instructor. A Lady might be up your alley. Miss Lori
