Hi,

I have trouble with this step. I'm doing american style. I cannot do it without hopping back and forth (like a pendulum)
I take this step after progressive twinkle. I realize (after searching other post from this site) that twinkle is not ideal step to enter.

But regardless what is precedence step, I wonder:
- should the knees be tucked together ?
- should the left heel touch the floor ?

Alos, does anyone have any suggestion as exercise for this to gradually master this ?

Best regards,
