i will dance watlz this coming october 9 and i choose immortality by celine dion music to be dance by waltz.does an immortality is consedered as a waltz music?plsss help before the said date.....so that i can choose another..

Professional dancers could certainly choreograph something that would look nice to that song, but I personally am not picking up a 3/4 timing in it that is essential to the waltz. Depending on what type of format it is that you intend to dance to this song -- a show, a wedding, an exhibition, etc. might help answer your question. To me, I just see a more contemporary type dance, almost with more ballet in it, than a nice ballroom waltz -- either American Smooth or International Standard. Other posters will surely advise on this as well, but I know I couldn't do a waltz to this song.

I didn't know the song - but listened to the 30-second clip on iTunes.

It's a clear (slow) 4/4 beat, and couldn't possibly be a danced as a waltz. I think that the tempo is really too slow for any regular dance style, and I would suggest finding a different song, or preparing a freestyle dance.
