is this music right fit for the waltz? or foxtrot?

It's a waltz (and rather quick, at 100bbm), but I'm sure you'd look just as good dancing a foxtrot to it.

OK... what is BBM ?...dance is registered in BARS per minute.. Intern, at 29/30.. Amer style social 32/34

It's a TYPO, Terrence, and should have been BPM, which can only mean beats per minute, at the value given.

Sorry, i wouldn't do both,i think its really to fast to dance a waltz and not a real foxtrot. Maybe you can let the song play slower?

It isn't any sort of foxtrot, real or imagined: it's a waltz - the three beats in the bar rather give it away - so the ONLY thing you could do with it is ....

... a waltz.
