First, do you know how to sew? Can you make clothes that fit you? Are these clothes so good that people think you bought them? Have you made boned and fitted dresses? If not, then you cannot make your own dress like the one in your photos. Second, do you have a surger sewing machine? If not you will need to buy one because these dresses are made out of lycra/spandex/very stretchy material which can be difficult to manage. Then go look at your very best fabric store. You can buy fabric online but you need to be able to feel it. If you cannot buy the fabric you need then again, making a dress like this is very hard. Look at patterns for bridal wear, and lingerie. These dance dresses are made to fit one body and are boned and supported so that they will stay up and act as bra and pants. They are meant to provide support and coverage while looking as though they are the merest wisp of cloth. There are patterns--I think Style has one-- which are more suited to dance attire, but there is no one pattern that will suit. Again, I would emphasize that these dresses represent very sophisticated sewing and fitting techniques. An amateur effort risks not fitting with disastrous results. Best advice: find a professional!
