Now that Dancesport is becoming an olympic 'sport' it has to embrace the anti-drug codes. Does anyone know where i can read some simplified literature on banned substances - for example, everyday over-the-counter- medicines which contain banned substances.? Or some sort of guide which doesn't require full medical training to understand it?

How about a PDR (Physician's Desk Reference)? It's a listing of all drugs on the market. I'm sure a public library would have the latest edition. Also, you could check out a hospital library - there's plenty of medical info there.

Hoofer
