Terence,

Did you ever know a fellow named Ronald Dodd? He was Polly Dodd's husband and quite active in the Chicago area.

He has been deceased for a number of years (I never actually knew him but I know Polly). I seem to recall her telling me that he either founded or helped to found the Harvest Moon Ball there. Just curious.

Yes I did.. briefly. He was ( and Polly ) very highly respected and well known in the industry . Another one of the pioneers in dance in the States .

Polly and I worked out of the same studio in Atlanta . She had only 1 student .. a young guy she was training for his Assoc exam .This in 1998.
After about 6 months, I never saw her again.
