Please tell me what is the best dance style for Leonard Cohen's - "Dance me to the end of love" song.

Someone. Try a slow Jive. Its a little too fast for a Strict Tempo Foxtrot.

This is a tough one to pin down in saying a certain dance would be just right for it.
It is a song that sounds like it wants to have a Latin flavor to it, but it is not the right timing for it.
Polished offers a good alternative, though I would be more inclined to try to manipulate a Fox Trot to it, only because my Jive isn't quite as solid.
Try both and see what looks and feels better to you.
In what setting are you needing to know this? For a wedding party, a social dance, a show routine, a dance exhibition at a studio? That could make a difference, and might allow you to combine both styles of dance in one song if this is something in which you have to choreograph a routine. If you are doing it for fun and curiosity only, then go with my other suggestion of what feels and looks good.
