What is wrong with this picture?

Let this be a lesson for the ladies about social-dancing attire.

She "might" have been dancing a forward swivel. What colour were her knickers?

Has it been noticed that she is standing on her dress and probably finished on the floor. The step they are trying has the wrong alignment for a Feather Step. I would say it was to be a Curving Feather gone slightly wrong..
This brings up an important point here.The lady has obviously not tried to dance in that dress before which is a bad mistake to be made by anyone.
