Has anyone been able to get their money back from Fred Astaire Chandler Arizona?

I haven't heard of anything in those terms but I have read on other message boards where people have filed complaints with either the "better business bureau?" or the "federal trade commission" and the "chamber of commerce" of the local city - then went to the studio owner/manager to inform them/him/her (whatever the case may be) that this was the course of action that would proceed of a refund was not either credited to their card or........ It seemed to be pretty successful short of filing a claim in small claims court. I would think it would have to be up to you as to how you want to proceed and if it is worth it. I hope you've found another studio/teacher that you enjoy. I remember your other posting )-: Good Luck

Read the back of your contract You are entitled to your money back. They can take a cut, but they won't if you cc a lawyer. That was what I did. Also make sure you get it all in writing.
