bug that causes orphaned posts

If you try to post a reply as a registered user by logging in from the reply popup window, but fail on the first login attempt and then login from the same popup window in a subsequent attempt, your post will be "orphaned" which is to say appear without a title and not be clickable.

The current workaround is to remember to close that popup window after a login failure and click reply to this message again and log into the new window instead.

Ok I think I fixed it. I replied to this message by clicking on "reply" without being logged in, then mis-typed my login info, then did it correctly on the second try. The message seems to have threaded properly, so I'm pretty sure it works. Let me know if you have any more problems.
