Ok, i know this is weird... I have an exhibition coming up...and my dance assignment is a e.swing\rumba combo! any ideas please coz i dont have any

I've done a "medley" at a show, in which a bunch of different dances were included. But the music changed, either the tempo, or an entirely different song. Are you sure your combo won't be along those lines? If not, I would venture to guess that you'll be able to figure out how to make it work -- either the swing will be a little slower than you like, or the rumba will be a little faster. There are some songs that somehow, believe it or not, could fall into that category. We did a rumba to "Venus" by Barry Manilow, and if I was forced to, could probably muster a four-step swing pattern to it ... though it might look and feel a bit odd!
