Hello Everyone:
Im a newbie, Ive only been taking lessons since the spring. What I want to do is trade out the cardio aspects of my exercise program with dancing practice. Its sure going to be a lot more fun than the treadmill.
Heres what I need help with: How does someone practice by themselves? Ive the space in the basement, but I dont know what to do. Do I simply dance around to music, or do I do drills: 10 basics, now 10 New Yorks, 10 cross body leads..
Theres lots of good info about steps, but Ive not been able to find much help with what to do when practicing.
