Hi Rachel,

What type of computer or device are you using to view the website? Is it a mobile phone running iOS or Android, an iPod, and iPad, or some other Android tablet? Or is it a Windows or Mac computer? If it's a computer, what browser do you use to view the website? The solution may be very different depending on your answers to these questions.
