How to do a Rumba Cross in Waltz?

I have been searching for a video on the web but there's not much
about it, could anyone help?

We learned the Rumba Cross in Foxtrot. Many figures can be danced in both Foxtrot and Waltz, with the obvious change in rhythm. Why not the Rumba Cross (I expect to hear from the purists about this)?

When I first learnt to dance the Rumba Cross was only used in the Quickstep. At that time it was very much in vogue.
