Video taping your lessons

Just curious. Does anyone else video tape their dance lessons? I set my camera on a tripod nearly every lesson. I believe this has helped me a lot! The slow motion feature on my Digital Hi 8 shows ALL. I try to review the lesson before the the next one and take notes. Any thoughts on this?

Definately a great way to learn! Some studios may offer to tape the lesson for you, if you don't have your own video camera.

Not only are you going to see progress in your dancing (check out your tapes from previous weeks, months, years) but you'll also have a great way to recall steps and fun variations.

Many people learn some great steps and variations, do them for a while until the next great, fun one comes along. Sooner or later the older ones are slowly forgotten or only half remembered. A taped history will surely bring back the oldies but goodies!
