Hello! I'm just getting back into dancing after being out for just over a year. I need to find a video or even just some ideas of some exercises to do to regain my shape and definitely flexibility. Any suggestions? I've been doing my cha cha warm up pretty regularly and some yoga/pilates/ballet exercises, but I'd like some directly pertaining to ballroom. Thanks!

Try, doing line dances, there great for getting back into shape. Just chose a dance and do some steps to the music. It gives your legs a good workout, and helps with all around dancing. P.S Good Luck
